Conditions and Cancellation Policy

At NARCE PMU we are committed to providing an exceptional and personalised experience for every client. To ensure all clients receive the care and time they deserve, we kindly ask for your understanding and adherence to the following policy.

1. BOOKING FEE & DEPOSIT

All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your session. This fee will be fully deducted from your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

Please note:

  • Booking fees are non-refundable

  • Booking fees are valid for 6 months from the date of payment

  • Booking fees cannot be transferred to another client

  • Booking fees cannot be redeemed for products

  • Zip is available in studio for the remaining balance

2. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

We understand that life happens. To accommodate all clients fairly the following notice periods apply:

  • Lash & Brow Bar treatmentsminimum 48 hours notice required

  • Cosmetic Tattoo treatmentsminimum 48 hours notice required

To cancel or reschedule please contact Narges directly:

Cancellations via Instagram or Facebook direct message are not accepted.

3. FORFEITURE OF BOOKING FEE & NO SHOWS

Your booking fee will be automatically forfeited in the event of:

  • Cancellation without the required notice period ❌

  • Rescheduling without the required notice period ❌

  • No show — appointment missed without prior notification ❌

Please note — no shows will also incur a charge of 50% of the total booking cost.

4. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS

Confirmation emails are sent immediately upon booking via Fresha. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive yours promptly. For any updates or changes to your booking please contact us directly:

5. LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled and your booking fee being forfeited. This ensures every client receives the full time and attention they deserve.

6. TREATMENT RESULTS & EXPECTATIONS

Individual healed results vary from client to client. While we always strive for the best possible outcome, results depend on individual skin type, health, lifestyle and adherence to aftercare instructions. No guarantees can be made regarding specific healed results. Any additional sessions required beyond the initial booking will be charged accordingly.

Two sessions are strongly recommended for the best and longest lasting result.

7. TOUCH UP SESSIONS

The touch up session is a separate appointment recommended at 4 – 6 weeks after your initial treatment. It must be booked and paid for separately and is not included in the initial appointment price. Touch up sessions must be completed within 4 - 6  weeks of your initial appointment — after this time standard pricing applies.
