Where are you located?

NARCE PMU is located inside Salon Lane, 97 Boundary Street, West End Brisbane QLD 4101. Free parking is available nearby.

What is the difference between Microblading and NanoBrows?

Both techniques create natural, hair-stroke results — the key difference is in the tool used. Microblading uses a manual hand tool while NanoBrows uses a machine with an ultra-fine nano needle. Which technique is best for you depends on your skin type, skin condition, daily medications and your brow history. Narges will assess all of these during your consultation and recommend the most suitable option for you.

How do I book an appointment?

All bookings are made online through Fresha — simply click the Book Now button on any page. You can view available dates and times and book instantly.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes — two options are available;

  1. Free phone consultation — a quick call with Narges to discuss your goals and answer your questions before you commit. Book online via Fresha.

  2. In-studio consultation — includes a full discussion, brow mapping and help choosing the right technique for your face and skin type. $100, redeemable against your treatment. Book online via Fresha.

What is the touch up session and do I need it?

The touch up session is a separate appointment at 4 – 6 weeks after your initial treatment. It is highly recommended as everyone heals differently. The touch up allows Narges to assess your healed result and refine as needed for the best and longest lasting outcome. Please note it is not included in the initial appointment price and must be booked and paid for separately

Can I come if I already have old brow tattoo?

It depends on how dark the existing tattoo is. If it is very dark, cosmetic tattoo may not be possible and laser removal may be required first. If the existing work is lighter and faded, it may be workable. Please send a clear photo of your brows to hello@narce.com.au before booking so Narges can assess and advise.

My brows have faded unevenly from a previous artist. Can Narges fix them?

It really depends on the existing work — every case is different. Please send a clear photo to hello@narce.com.au and Narges will advise whether correction is possible.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — Zip Money is available in studio so you can split your treatment into easy payments.

What is your cancellation policy?

48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Your deposit is non-refundable, however it can be transferred and used toward any future appointment or treatment at NARCE.

Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.

Is there parking available?

Yes — 2-hour free parking is available at West Village Secure Parking, (21 Mollison St, West End QLD 4101), just a short walk from the studio at Salon Lane, 97 Boundary Street West End. 🤎
